This CD is in my car...LOVE this new CD, LOVE Josh Groban---new for Christmas, who wouldn't love to listen to this while out on a drive looking at the lights? Tt even has 'O Come All Ye Faithful' featuring the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. Gotta check it out.

This game is in my closet...I know this is not a new game, but Bryan & I played this tonight with some friends of ours and I about peed my pants! This was the first time we have ever played it and absolutely loved it! Such a great gift idea for friends, family, whoever.

This recipe is in my box...and you HAVE to try it!

CHOCOLATE COCONUT CRUNCH COOKIES

Yield: 4 dozen

2 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Butter; unsalted, softened
3/4 c Brown sugar
2 Eggs; lightly beaten
2 ts Vanilla
1 ts Almond extract
2 c Coconut; shredded
8 oz Dark Chocolate chips w/Macadamia nuts
1 1/2 c Almonds; lightly salted
-dry roasted, finely chopped

Preheat the oven to 300. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour,
baking soda and salt. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour,
baking soda and salt. In a medium bowl with an electric mixer, cream
the butter and sugars. Beat in the eggs, vanilla and almond extract.
Mix on low speed until blended. Add the flour mixture and mix just
until blended; do not overmix. add the coconut, chocolate chips, and
almonds and stir just until blended. Drop the dough by rounded tbsp
2" apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.

The new Josh Groben Christmas cd is wonderful! I am a self titled queen of Christmas music. I listen to it about 10 months of the year. Also try the Michael Buble Christmas. Those are two of my newest ones. Happy Holidays!

I was totally thinking this morning how I need a good christmas cd! I'm gonna try that one for sure. Oh and Michael Buble - so excited!
