My new best friend...

I LOVE, love, love the gym, I go everyday---I am seeking treatment (my name is Jaime and I'm a work out-aholic) but right now I can't say enough about my new LOVE...this new machine our gym just got a few weeks a go is amazing. You can't really tell from the pic but it looks like a regular treadmill except it's split in two and simulates walking in sand. To give you an idea of it's awesomeness...regular running burns about 100 cals per mile, THIS machine burns 250 cals per mile...so an easy one hour later---you've burned 800 cals baby! That's equivalent to 8 miles of running---music to my ears! There is no running on this, all you do is walk the whole time. Do you realize how amazing that is?! If you're looking at home gym equipment for xmas or whenever and can't decide between the regular treadmill or the eliptical, look this Nautilus Treadclimber up.

JAMIE! Don't worry I'm just your average blog stalker but at least I know you and lived by you too. So, with that said, CUTE FAMILY, I'm jealous to no end that you and your mom run the marathon (and everyone else besides me). I am looking into equipment for my future (9 months away) home gym. I have never heard of this but it looks amazing!! I used to run casually, 4-8 miles 5 or 6 days a week until I started having major IT band issues. So, I really want this machine but wanted a tad more feed back since you've actually used it. Does it hurt your knees at all? and do you feel like you get an awesome workout? I don't like it unless I'm sweating like theres no tomorrow? :)
Cute blog. YOu and Brooke are soo stinkin talented!!

After begging for a treadclimber for a few months, my husband finally got me one in June. I LOVE it too, it definitely kicks butt! This is Stefanie Carter (Danjanovich) by the way. I don't know if you remember me...but anyway, I hope you don't mind if I check out your blog from time to time. ;)

That looks awesome! I've been so curious about them. I'm glad that you like it. I'll have to try it out sometime. I need the 800 calories of burn per hour! Why does Midtowne have to be so blasted expensive!?! Love ya!

dang, my gym is so behind - we don't have anything like that. That is probably the coolest machine I've seen!
