Parlez vous Francais?

The kids and I went to Paris tonight!! (Bryan was working late) Well not really, but we had fun pretending so by making these delicious French crepes and watched Ratatouille. The kids loved it.
The crepe recipe I used was super yummy, here it is:
French Crepes
1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. milk
2 eggs
3 T. melted butter
1 t. vanilla
1/4 t. salt
I put all the dry ingrendients in large pourable glass measuring cup. I mixed all the wet ingredients together (except butter)in a bowl with a whisk and the slowly poured the wet into the dry while slowly whisking in to prevent lumps. Then after combined stir in melted butter. In a small saucepan on medium heat pour about a softball size amount of batter in and lift the pan to swirl in evenly across the bottom of the pan. Let cook about a minute and run a spatula around the edges to loosen when you can see the bottom start to lightly brown, gently turn and cook the other side until it easily slides right out of the pan.
*For fillings we used Panera Bread's Hazelnut Cream Cheese, honey, raspberry jam & applesauce.
