The Pioneer Woman just released her second set of {free} photoshop actions! Just scroll down a bit after clicking on to her site. If you have a MAC you have to click option at the same time you click on the link. You'll need full photoshop to use them. Christmas is right around the corner, put the new CS4 on your list!
I used a couple of them on these:
(sunshine action) Light, soft, sun-shiny!
{Seventies action here:} something different, soft & glowy.
