Ultimate girly day

With all the pressures of being the oldest (something I can relate to :)and the ONLY girl I thought Taylor needed a break and a special day all about her so I surprised her with an appointment at this new salon called Sweet and Sassy that just opened a few weeks a go. It was so much fun, you walk in and it's the most frilly, pink & purple, funky, sparkly place you've ever seen. The music is blasting with our favorite High School Musical songs and Taylor was in heaven when I told her she was getting a manicure. They really did a great job...first they massaged her hands with sparkly strawberry lotion, had her pick out polish (oh no, oh yes...wow it's bright sparkly blue!)and then they put a silver star on one thumb and a green flower on the other and topped it off with this matching blue ring. Then they took her over and put a dot of lotion on her cheek and "stamped" with this metal star doused with purple glitter, then sprayed bubble gum perfume all over her and to top it off rainbow glitter spray in her hair. It was funny because at first they'd say 'do you what this?' and her reply was pretty timid like 'um, sure, I think so'...and with each thing they kept spraying or sticking on her towards the end she was getting really into it so by the time they whipped out the glitter spray she was all smiles saying 'what else do you got?!' After all of this they had her go to the hot pink runway they have in the middle of the salon and they could dress up in boas or sequin dresses and strut their stuff. I think we decided for her next birthday this is where we'll be!
All I can say about this is...SPOILED!
