Good to be home...

Wow! What a trip!
We had the best time and I'd be sitting here for hours and hours typing if I were to write about it all, so I'll spare all the details and just say it was absolutely fantastic! Everyone needs to go and see all this stuff...there were so many times during the past weeks that I kept saying to myself - I can't believe I am seeing this or doing that - it was amazing! I don't have any proof that I rode a camel next to the pyramids...Brooke took those pictures of me and then lost that camera card in the Sea of Galilee! I am hoping one day thousands of years from now they find it and dedicate an entire museum to me with giant blown up pictures on the walls and everyone will come to see the ancient girl riding a camel - now that I think of it, that was a good move Brooke! Some of my fav memories are: Riding an old wooden boat Easter morning on the Sea of Galilee, Masada, swimming in the Dead Sea, riding a donkey and carriage at night through the city outdoor shops in Luxor, the tunnel at the Wailing Wall, King Tut's tomb, talking with this actress's husband on our ten hour flight from London to LA (LOVE Alias!), laughing for hours about a guy a flight attendent tried to wake up - had to be there (still laughing Brooke?), our staples: pita bread and Diet Coke and bargaining with crazy people.
Some fav pictures: Between the three of us, we took about 6,000 pictures!

A quick stop in London on the way there, we did some drive by touristing. This is Lexington Palace...

Just wondering...
Anyone ever leave your kids for two weeks, come home and your two-year-old now calls you Jaime and not Mom? Another one of my favorite parts was coming home to my wonderful hubbie & kids who were so cute to get me these flowers and cards and make this awesome sign (which says incase you can't read it WELCOME HOME MUMMY!):

And a SPECIAL THANKS to Teri and my parents for making all of this possible! I love you guys!
