Over the weekend we went to the Fairport Canal Days Fair. We drank yummy homemade root beer and watched a friend of ours' daughter, Katelyn (she's the one on the end looking at my camera), perform with her dance group. It was sooo hot! Record heat 94 degrees and the weatherman said with the humidity it was really 104! Totally believe it, at least in Utah the sweat dries instead of pouring down your back!- But it's only June and all I can say is HOORAY it's definitely summer!
I thought this picture was funny. Brody and Mikelle (Katelyn's little sister) they are the same age and I think it must have been the first time they'd ever seen girls dancing on a stage. They just sat there completely frozen staring with the exact same expression on their faces.

I love the look on their faces!! That's funny you are on the same photography blog as my sister!! What a small world! Betsy was my sister-in-laws roommate at college! How fun!
Okay Jamie - Here's the thing! I'm stalking your blog! I absolutely love it! You have amazing talent! I'm just dying over your photos - they are awesome! I would love to have you take some of my family while we out here! Are you close to Palmyra? We may come for the Hill Cumorah Pagent in July!? I love the recipes - seriously just love it all! You are awesome!!!
Love the faces! I also love the little girls costumes. SOOO adorable!
oh I love the colors of their outfits! Ok - send some of that heat our way lady!!! Tomorrow is supposed to be 60 - BOOOOO! Seriously, what I wouldn't give to have hot steamy humidity dripping down my back!!! As long as it doesn't wilt my hair I'm all good.
So funny! Nice set up for the picture of Brody and Mikelle. I actually laughed out loud and had to read to Chris. He laughed and said they look "uncomfortable."
i think Brody looks sooo much like Brian in this picture! sounds like fun!
Loved the pics!!
Hilarious faces and great pictures.
Cute little dancers. But, yeah, little siblings get put through so much!!
Oh, that last picture is so funny. What great expressions. I just love looking at all your photos. I love your cemetery pictures. I take my kids on walks there all the time (weird, I know) but I've never taken any pictures. After seeing yours, I'm going to take my camera next time! They certainly won't be as good as yours, but still fun.
