doll house for Taylor

We are literally snowed in. I just tried to pull out of the driveway (in my 4wheel drive SUV mind you) and we got half way down and I fish tailed all the way back up in the freshest 8 inches of snow you've ever seen. We went to bed with nothing on the ground and wahlaa! welcome to the northeast. I had visions of new year's eve treats to line the counters and whistles for the kids to ring in the midnight hour. Hopefully Bryan will be home in time to do some plowing and I can still run out and save the day. Yesterday Taylor and I took the entire day to make this doll house. We still have some things to finish on it....like faces and eyes for the dolls, twin beds & comforters for the girls to lay that teddy bear on, a fridge, a nightstand and lamp. We got all the supplies at Michaels. Followed the instructions on this blog. I'll snap another picture when it's complete, but so far, we love it!
Bedroom upstairs, kitchen downstairs.

That is so dang CUTE! I can't wait to see what else you do to it. Good luck with the snow. We've had our own issues with it here, but thankfully the rain has returned and all is well in the Great Northwest once again!

J. I love it! Cutest one I have seen!!!! :)
I know I should be making one or 4 of these, but honestly how much girly stuff can my house hold?!

I thought Tay got her hair cut, must have been just a trim?
Is it me or has she grown up like 3years since I last saw her? She is so cute that little Taylor girl.

xo
PS I agree, no eyes---

Great project! I'm sorry you are snowed in. That's the bummer about being pregnant in the winter, you have to wait for your hubby to get home or pay someone to plow you out!

Yeah Alish! You're not kidding - funny story, 2 days a go I ran next door to the old lady's house that gets hers plowed and said my hubby's at work and I'm pregnant, he interrupted me and said AGAIN??!! I laughed and paid him $15 to plow us out.
